Mogul Rack is committed to providing our customers with an excellent customer service. In terms of returns please understand we sell products that are either deeply discounted, part of an exclusive partnership with sellers and are from bespoke manufacturers and designers. As such we have to limit returns to products that were either damaged during shipping or not as described due to the nature of the inventory stocked.

We often negotiate with our sellers to have a 7 day refund policy, but that decision is up to the seller.

In the event that a product is damaged or an incorrect order you will be able to process an exchange within 7 days of receipt of your package.


Exchange Requirement:

  1. The item must be unopened in original packaging
  2. Unless stated that item is a final sale that is non-refundable you can use the live-chat or contact page to start an exchange


My Order Has Been Returned to Sender?

If your address is considered insufficient by the shipping courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
